Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent

for a contract/temporary Retail Center Sales Consultant opportunity in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for a bilingual, customer-focused sales professional who enjoys helping individuals understand health insurance options and select coverage that fits their needs. You will work in a fast-paced retail center environment with a supportive team, goal-oriented leadership, and opportunities to build strong customer relationships. This position offers meaningful daily interaction with the community, a consultative sales approach, and the chance to contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and local outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective and existing customers on health insurance products, benefits, coverage options, and plan comparisons.
• Recommend appropriate health insurance solutions based on customer needs, eligibility, and available product options.
• Manage follow-up activity through outbound calls, scheduled appointments, lead nurturing, and relationship management.
• Support sales, retention, and customer satisfaction goals through consultative selling and strong service delivery.
• Participate in community events, networking, grassroots marketing, and local business development activities.
• Accurately document customer interactions, sales activity, follow-up notes, and retention efforts in required systems. Compensation and Benefits
• Pay rate: $23 to $26 per hour.
