Job Description

Are you a Commercial Lines Producer with agriculture experience or a passion for serving the farming and agribusiness community? Join a growing, relationship-driven brokerage with a strong reputation, collaborative culture, and a unique opportunity to inherit and expand an established agriculture-focused book of business. What You'll Do
  • Help manage and grow an existing agriculture insurance book
  • Develop new commercial insurance business opportunities
  • Build relationships with farm owners, growers, ranchers, and agribusinesses
  • Identify client risks and deliver tailored insurance solutions
  • Partner with internal service teams to provide exceptional client support
  • Drive long-term client retention and organic growth What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of Commercial Lines insurance production experience
  • Active Florida Property & Casualty License
  • Agriculture insurance experience preferred
  • Existing book of business is a plus, but not required
  • Strong sales, networking, and relationship-building skills
