CarePlus is seeking a Medicare Sales Field Agent to educate and enroll eligible beneficiaries into Medicare Advantage and related health plans. In this field-based role, you will conduct community outreach, meet with prospects in homes and designated locations, explain plan benefits and compliance requirements, and complete accurate enrollments. You will build relationships with referral partners, meet or exceed sales targets, document activities in CRM systems, and uphold CMS and organizational standards. Responsibilities Educate Medicare-eligible prospects on Medicare Advantage and related plans Conduct field-based and community outreach activities to generate leads Meet with beneficiaries in homes or designated locations to assess needs Explain plan benefits, coverage options, and enrollment rules clearly and compliantly Complete accurate and timely enrollment applications and documentation Use CRM tools to track leads, appointments, and follow-ups Build relationships with community partners and referral sources Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales and enrollment targets Maintain compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and organizational policies Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and performance reviews Required Skills Medicare Advantage product knowledge Health insurance sales Field and community outreach Customer relationship management (CRM) usage Regulatory and CMS compliance HIPAA and patient privacy understanding Lead generation and pipeline management Presentation and communication skills Negotiation and closing skills Time management and territory planning
