Compensation:

$75,000 - $105,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients to understand their financial goals and provide personalized insurance solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with integrity and respect. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for client success and business growth. Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide clients with the best possible advice. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to review their financial plans and adjust as necessary. Utilize company resources and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in the insurance industry. Qualifications:

Experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the insurance industry. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
