The Insurance Sales Agent's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Insurance Sales Agent's answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with State Farm Regional teams (including Customer Service and Underwriting departments) to improve the entire customer experience.

Candidates for this role must:

1) pass the Georgia property and casualty insurance license exam and 2) Georgia life and health insurance license exam and 3) become proficient with State Farm IT systems. If you believe you would be a good fit for this role, we'd like to meet you. Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters
• Quoting and selling auto and fire (property) insurance policies
• Quoting and selling health and life insurance policies
• Service existing clients insurance needs and anticipate future insurance needs
• Close agreements to maximize profits and serve customers
• Develop new business with existing and new clients and meet sales quotas
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Ensure the timely delivery of our insurance products by working with other departments
