This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, building relationships, and identifying opportunities to provide additional insurance solutions. We invest in our team through training, established processes, ongoing coaching, and the tools needed to succeed and grow professionally. What You'll Do Assist existing customers with policy questions, billing, coverage changes, and account needs Conduct policy reviews and help customers understand their coverage Identify cross-selling opportunities and coverage gaps Quote and sell additional insurance products based on customer needs Follow up on sales opportunities and provided leads Help retain customers by proactively addressing concerns Maintain accurate documentation and timely follow-up Meet established sales, service, and activity goals What We're Looking For Active Property & Casualty insurance license required Insurance sales or service experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable moving naturally from a service conversation into a sales opportunity Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-up Coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable with measurable goals Why Join Our Agency?
