Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A strong desire to help others and build lasting relationships. Comfort and proficiency using modern sales and communication technologies. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, understanding their insurance needs. Effectively communicate insurance product benefits and coverage options in both Spanish and English. Develop and present personalized insurance proposals to meet client requirements.
