Led by Joe Fekech, our Woodridge office combines the support and mentorship of a local team with the carrier access, technology and resources of a nationally established organization. We work with leading insurance companies to provide Medicare, life insurance, supplemental health, annuity and retirement solutions based on each client's individual needs. Responsibilities:
What You'll Do Meet with individuals and families throughout the greater Chicago area Learn about each client's health, financial and retirement concerns Explain Medicare, life, health and retirement options in clear language Recommend appropriate solutions from multiple highly rated carriers Complete applications accurately and compliantly Follow up with clients and provide ongoing policy support Develop referral relationships and build a long-term book of business Participate in training, coaching and professional-development programs Pursue leadership and team-building opportunities as your career develops
Qualifications:
What You Need An active Illinois Life and Health Insurance license A genuine interest in helping people make important financial decisions Strong communication, relationship-building and follow-up skills The ability to manage appointments and work independently A professional, ethical and client-focused approach A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local appointments Comfort working in a commission-based, performance-driven career Medicare or insurance sales experience is helpful but not required Hear From Our Agents - Our compensation packages are fully customizable to fit your goals and needs.
