Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Licensed Insurance Agent specializing in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, with a clean work history. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in outside sales, build lasting client relationships, and earn commission-based incentives. If you are passionate about insurance sales and customer service, this position is perfect for you! Duties Answer inbound sales calls from customers seeking qualified quotes. Engage the caller and obtain information for the quote. Be patient, listen and they will tell you what they want. Give the customer what your system allows you to best match their request(s). Write the policy and / or wait for the next call. Update your computer programs. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates. Qualifications Active state insurance license for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance required; additional licenses such as health or life insurance are a plus You must be teachable and desire to be a top knotch sales person. Have the "gift to gab." Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems for client management We will train you to be a "hitter" if you have the motivation to learn.
