What You'll Do Meet with current and prospective clients to identify their life, property, casualty, and overall insurance needs Educate clients on insurance options in a simple, easy-to-understand way Quote and sell life, home, auto, and other property & casualty insurance products Conduct insurance reviews to identify coverage gaps and additional needs Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Generate new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, social media, and agency leads Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients Build and maintain a strong personal book of business Cross-sell and identify opportunities to protect more of what matters most to our customers Work closely with the agency owner and team to achieve sales and service goals Provide an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through the completion of the sale Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and agency marketing initiatives What We're Looking For—The right person will be: Driven and motivated to succeed Comfortable talking with people and building relationships Confident asking questions and having meaningful conversations Coachable and willing to learn Organized and dependable Goal-oriented and self-motivated Comfortable with sales and follow-up Professional, positive, and community-minded Someone who takes ownership and follows through Passionate about helping people protect their families, homes, vehicles, and financial future Insurance experience is preferred but not required.
