Personal Lines License Full Job Description Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and reliable Licensed Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Agents to join our dedicated sales team. Your primary focus will be on P&C sales, allowing you to leverage your expertise and drive to achieve outstanding results. This role does not require servicing accounts, so you can concentrate solely on what you do best - selling!

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored P&C insurance solutions. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to achieve and exceed sales targets. Utilize excellent time management skills to balance multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently. Demonstrate self-motivation and a proactive attitude to drive business growth. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the insurance market and regulatory requirements in NC and SC.

Requirements:

Must hold a valid insurance license in both North Carolina (NC) and South Carolina (SC). Proven experience in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty insurance sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional time management and organizational abilities. Self-starter mentality with a commitment to achieving sales goals. Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting.
