- Full-Time Account Executive
- and help connect patients with the care and services they need. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies within your assigned territory to meet and exceed admission goals. You will develop new referral opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing referral sources and community partners.
- What You'll Do
- + Develop and maintain strong referral source relationships within a competitive marketplace, including hospitals, senior living communities, physicians, nurse practitioners, and case managers.
+ Present disease-specific programs through the sales process to support positive patient outcomes.
+ Prioritize accounts according to the territory market sales plan and establish effective routing strategies to drive growth.
+ Conduct pre-call sales planning by analyzing data, competitor intelligence, referral source history and trends, current referral activity, and routing plans.
+ Utilize the company CRM to accurately document sales calls and meet monthly call activity goals.
+ Build exceptional partnerships with the clinical operations team to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
+ Prepare and submit territory reports and other assignments from the Regional Sales Manager in a timely manner.
+ Identify and create new business opportunities through community outreach and ongoing assessment of community needs.
+ Maintain and grow existing referral relationships while consistently identifying opportunities for new business.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to achieve individual and Branch admission goals.
- What You Need to Succeed
- If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
+ Previous sales experience preferred.
+ Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
+ Ability to work independently, manage a territory, prioritize accounts, and meet performance goals.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+ Ability to analyze market and referral data and translate insights into effective sales strategies.

- Pay Details:
- $90,000.
