This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, collaborating with producers, and delivering exceptional service. The Job As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will: Manage the day-to-day service of an assigned commercial lines book of business. Serve as the primary point of contact for client service needs, providing trusted guidance on coverage, policy changes, and renewals. Partner with Producers to develop and execute renewal strategies while ensuring an exceptional client experience. Process new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and certificates of insurance. Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and communicate directly with carrier partners to resolve underwriting and policy-related questions. Build lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and responsive service. Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships through additional insurance solutions. Stay current on industry trends, carrier updates, and commercial insurance products to provide strategic guidance to clients. What You'll Bring Active Property & Casualty license. 2+ years of Commercial Lines account management experience within an insurance agency or brokerage. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages. Excellent organizational, communication, and client relationship skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
