Inside Sales Agent - Medicare & Health Insurance Financial Security Management Agency, Inc. is hiring a professional, motivated Inside Sales Agent to join our team in Vienna, Ohio. The primary focus of this client-facing role will be Medicare, with additional responsibility for assisting individuals and families with Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace coverage. Medicare experience is preferred but not required. We will train a strong sales professional who is eager to learn and committed to providing excellent service. Key Responsibilities Guide clients through their Medicare coverage options. Assist individuals and families with ACA Marketplace coverage. Use quoting and enrollment platforms to identify suitable plans based on each client's needs. Conduct coverage reviews and provide ongoing client support. Explain plan benefits, costs, provider networks, and other important coverage details. Maintain accurate records and meet applicable compliance requirements. Develop new business through educational events, community outreach, referrals, and prospect follow-up. Build productive relationships with clients and professional referral partners. Complete ongoing product, compliance, technology, and sales training. Qualifications Sales experience, preferably in Medicare, insurance, healthcare, or financial services. Medicare or ACA experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills. A professional, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented approach. The ability to explain coverage information clearly and confidently. Comfort using or learning quoting tools, client-management systems, and enrollment platforms. A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and work toward sales goals. An active health insurance license and applicable Medicare certifications are a plus. Schedule 4-5 days per week (30-40 hours).
