Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to identify insurance needs and generate new business opportunities Conduct comprehensive client consultations to explain policy options across health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance lines Negotiate policy terms and premiums to secure optimal coverage solutions that meet client requirements while aligning with insurance regulations Build strong customer relationships by providing ongoing support, benefits administration, and personalized service Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM systems and sales administration tools for follow-up and compliance purposes Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulation updates, and product offerings to deliver accurate advice and recommendations Collaborate with team members on analysis of sales data to identify growth opportunities and improve sales strategies Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a focus on customer relationship building Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance products Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and benefits administration processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for client management and sales tracking Analysis skills to interpret market data and customer needs effectively Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally Experience in telemarketing or outreach campaigns is a plus Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm fuels success!
