Full-time The Michelle Morford Agency is seeking a Full-Time Associate Insurance Agent to join our growing insurance and financial services office. This role is a great fit for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, solving problems, communicating clearly, and working as part of a professional team. Our agency culture is centered around treating clients like family and providing an exceptional client experience by looking out for their needs, educating them, and helping them make informed decisions. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Responsibilities Provide timely, resourceful, and professional service to clients and prospects Answer phones and greet clients Assist clients with policy questions, service requests, payments, and account needs Prepare quotes and assist with insurance applications Conduct follow-up with prospects and existing clients Schedule appointments and help maintain strong client relationships Process insurance paperwork and maintain accurate client records Identify client needs and opportunities for additional insurance protection Support agency sales, retention, and client service goals Work collaboratively with the agency team to provide an excellent overall client experience Required Skills & Qualifications Active Property & Casualty insurance license, or ability to obtain promptly Excellent computer and phone skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills Proactive and resourceful problem-solving ability Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable learning new systems and processes Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently Traits That Help People Succeed in This Role Genuinely enjoys helping and talking with people Takes excellent care of clients and treats them like family Calm, friendly, and professional Proactive rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done Resourceful when solving problems Dependable with communication and follow-up Curious and eager to learn Comfortable working toward individual and team goals Positive, team-oriented attitude Preferred Qualifications Previous insurance, financial services, customer service, or sales experience Life and Health insurance license Bilingual Spanish Compensation & Benefits $25-$28 per hour, depending on experience Performance bonus opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health insurance benefits Retirement benefits About Our Agency The Michelle Morford Agency is a COUNTRY Financial insurance and financial services office serving individuals, families, and businesses in our community.
