Salary Range:

$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales. Demonstrated history of building and maintaining a diverse client base. Strong proficiency with industry-standard quoting software and CRM platforms. Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is helpful. Previous experience with life or health insurance products is a plus. Responsibilities Manage a comprehensive portfolio of clients by identifying their unique coverage needs and presenting tailored solutions. Engage in active networking throughout the Greensburg area to foster community ties and expand our reach. Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure clients are protected according to their evolving life stages.
