We're looking for dependable people who communicate well, follow through, and are comfortable working toward sales goals. What you'll do Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and discuss insurance options. Explain coverage clearly and answer questions. Follow up with prospective clients and help interested clients through the application process. Develop relationships in your local community. Participate in sales training, coaching, and team development. Stay organized and follow through on client commitments. Training and support Hands-on training and mentorship. Sales systems and scripts to help you learn. Ongoing coaching and professional development. Licensing guidance for candidates who are not currently licensed. Licensing incentives for the right candidate. Opportunities to pursue leadership responsibilities as you develop. Who we're looking for Comfortable starting conversations and meeting new people. Willing to learn, receive feedback, and practice new skills. Self-motivated and able to follow through without constant supervision. Dependable, organized, and accountable. $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
