• Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial protection needs
• Educate clients on life insurance and financial protection options
• Help clients understand available solutions based on their individual goals and circumstances
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Build relationships through networking, referrals, social media, and community outreach
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Licensing A life insurance license is required to conduct insurance business. Candidates who are not currently licensed may be considered if they are willing and eligible to complete the applicable state licensing requirements before conducting insurance-related sales activities. Compensation This is a commission-based independent contractor position. Income is based on individual production and completed business. Actual earnings vary based on individual activity, sales, product mix, placement, and other factors. Training & Development Team members have access to training focused on:
