Cleaver Insurance Agency is a growing Farmers Insurance agency in Bartonville, Texas, serving clients throughout North Texas and across the state. We are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office sales position focused on building relationships with prospective clients and helping them evaluate their insurance needs. Leads are provided, along with agency systems, training, and support to help you build and manage your pipeline.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work provided leads and develop new client relationships Quote and sell personal lines insurance, including auto and home Identify opportunities for multi-policy households Discuss life insurance and other coverage needs when appropriate Follow up consistently with prospective clients Maintain accurate prospect and customer information in agency systems Provide a professional, educational, and responsive client experience Meet individual sales and production goals

QUALIFICATIONS

Active Texas Property & Casualty insurance license required Texas Life insurance license preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain one Previous insurance sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and multiple insurance platforms Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a consistent sales pipeline

COMPENSATION

Expected annual compensation: $50,000 to $70,000, based on base compensation plus commission and individual production. Actual earnings will vary based on sales performance.

SCHEDULE

Full-time Monday through Friday In-office position in Bartonville, Texas
