Duties Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to identify their insurance needs. Conduct comprehensive client consultations to explain policy options, benefits, and coverage details for health, life, property, casualty, and commercial insurance products. Negotiate terms and premiums with clients while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company policies. Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized service, addressing inquiries promptly, and offering tailored insurance solutions. Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details efficiently. Analyze client data to recommend suitable insurance products, optimize benefits administration, and support client retention strategies. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates related to health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial coverage. Qualifications Valid state license(s) for selling insurance products; multi-licensing in health, life, property & casualty preferred. Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on insurance or financial services. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Knowledge of insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements across various product lines. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and sales administration tools. Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate coverage options. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively communicate complex information clearly. Familiarity with benefits administration processes related to health insurance plans. Experience in telemarketing or client outreach campaigns is a plus.
