What You'll Do Write new business across auto, home, life, and more Build and manage your own client relationships and renewal pipeline Shape your own prospecting strategy — referrals, networking, and community presence Work directly with agency leadership What We're Looking For Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license (strongly preferred) Proven sales track record — insurance sales experience strongly preferred Self-starter who thrives with autonomy, not micromanagement Strong relationship-builder with a client-first mindset Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse client populations Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options Benefits License and education payment assistance/reimbursement Paid time off 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental Insurance Vision Pay Base salary plus uncapped commission — your production sets your ceiling.
