About Us U Save Insurance Services Inc. dba TIA-Texas Insurance Agency is hiring 2 Licensed Small Business Commercial Insurance Producers for our Houston office (11905 Bissonnet St, Houston, TX 77099). This is a full-time, in-person role, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM.

Compensation Base pay:

$18.00-$22.00 per hour, plus monthly commission Expected total pay: $45,000-$70,000 per year (base plus commission; commission is based on individual results and not guaranteed) Responsibilities Prospect, quote, and sell commercial insurance to small businesses (general liability, commercial auto, workers' compensation, commercial property, BOP, and related lines) Gather underwriting information, classify risks, and submit to carriers and wholesalers Present and explain quotes, coverages, and agency fees to clients Bind and issue policies and collect payments and agency fees Document all activity in Agency Matrix and our CRM Work leads, referrals, and renewals to meet monthly premium and agency-fee goals Coordinate with account managers on service and retention Requirements Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license (required) Bilingual Spanish/English (required) Resume required At least 1 year of P&C or commercial-lines insurance experience (preferred) Experience with Agency Matrix or a comparable agency management system (AMS)/CRM (preferred) Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Training Training on our systems is provided if you are not already familiar with them. Remote available

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Application Question(s): Please confirm you hold an active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license and provide your Texas license number (TDI license number / National Producer Number).

Experience:

P&C or commercial-lines insurance: 1 year (Preferred) Agency Matrix or comparable

AMS/CRM:

1 year (Preferred)

Language:

Spanish and English (fluent) (Required)

License/Certification:

Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license (Required)
