full-time Experienced Texas P&C Insurance Agent Bruce Germer Insurance Agency | Lockhart, Texas Are you an experienced insurance professional who still enjoys helping clients but doesn't want a traditional full-time schedule? Bruce Germer Insurance Agency is looking for an experienced Texas-licensed P&C insurance professional to join our team on a part-time basis. The Role Personal and commercial policy servicing and client assistance New business production Communicating with insureds, carriers, and underwriters Working with carrier websites and agency management systems Assisting with new-business opportunities Identifying cross-sell opportunities with existing clients Schedule 16 - 20 hours per week At least 2-3 days per week Hours are flexible based on availability and agency needs NO evenings or weekends Additional hours may be available when coverage is needed; these are optional

What We're Looking For Required:

Active Texas P&C license 5+ years of insurance experience Strong personal-lines experience Excellent client-service skills Dependable, professional, and positive attitude

Preferred:
