Responsibilities Engage with prospective and existing clients over the phone, including telemarketing, internet leads, and community outreach, to promote various insurance products. Meeting with Realtors and Lenders in the community will also be required. Conduct thorough client consultations over the phone to assess their insurance needs which include property & casualty and commercial. Negotiate policy terms, coverage options, and premiums to secure optimal solutions for clients while maintaining compliance with insurance regulations. Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, policy details, and client interactions efficiently. Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized service, addressing inquiries promptly, and offering ongoing support for benefits administration. Stay informed on industry trends, insurance regulation updates, and product knowledge to provide accurate advice and maintain compliance standards. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for expanding the client base and increasing sales performance. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on insurance services. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to effectively articulate product benefits and close deals. Bilingual candidate is preferred Solid understanding of insurance products including property & casualty, and commercial insurance policies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM systems for customer relationship management and sales tracking. Exceptional analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable coverage options. Knowledge of insurance regulation standards to ensure compliance during all sales activities. Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
