Duties Conduct outside sales activities to identify and engage potential clients across various markets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized communication and exceptional service. Present and explain life insurance options, health insurance plans, property casualty insurance, and other related products clearly and confidently. Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to meet client needs while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. Manage sales administration tasks including CRM system updates, client documentation, and benefits administration records. Analyze client information to recommend appropriate insurance solutions that align with their financial goals. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates to provide accurate guidance. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to effectively convey product benefits. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse client bases. Deep knowledge of insurance products including life insurance, health insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance. Understanding of insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements across different jurisdictions. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships through active listening and personalized support. Analysis skills to evaluate client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Familiarity with benefits administration processes and client communication strategies to enhance customer experience.
