Virginia Life and Health Insurance License. Three or more years of successful insurance sales experience. Strong track record of relationship building and local networking. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in standard office software and agency management systems. Ability to commute daily to our Chesapeake office. Responsibilities Lead our local sales efforts by identifying and connecting with potential clients in the community. Assess the individual needs of families and business owners to provide comprehensive coverage solutions. Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and follow up on inquiries with warmth and professionalism. Review existing client policies regularly to ensure their protection evolves with their changing life circumstances. Mentor junior staff and contribute to a supportive and productive office atmosphere.
