Salary Range:

$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Three or more years of experience in consultative sales or relationship management. Strong comfort level with public speaking and presenting to individuals or small groups. Ability to navigate complex information and simplify it for the end user. Previous experience in a goal-oriented, commission-based structure. Solid understanding of community networking and local business development. Responsibilities Identify and engage with local families and businesses to understand their long-term security needs. Create customized protection strategies that address the specific financial goals of your clients. Manage your own calendar to ensure you have meaningful, face-to-face time with current and potential policyholders. Attend community events and local gatherings to establish a visible, helpful presence in the Staunton area. Review existing policies periodically to ensure your clients remain protected as their life circumstances evolve. Collaborate with our home office support staff to streamline the onboarding and claims process for your clients.
