This is an in-office sales position based in Vienna, VA . In this role, you will educate individuals and families about their health insurance options, build lasting client relationships, and help clients select coverage that best fits their needs and budget. Daily attendance at our Vienna, VA office is required. Responsibilities Build relationships with prospective clients through outbound calls, referrals, and other business development activities. Educate individuals and families on available health insurance solutions. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend coverage options that fit their goals and budget. Guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish. Follow up with prospective and existing clients to build long-term relationships. Maintain accurate client records using company systems. Participate in daily sales training, coaching, and professional development. Consistently work toward individual activity and sales performance goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Comfortable speaking with prospective clients over the phone and in person. Goal-oriented with a desire to learn and succeed in a sales career. Willingness to obtain a Health & Life Insurance License (company-sponsored). Basic computer proficiency. Must be able to work from our Vienna, VA office daily. Compensation & Benefits Performance-based compensation (commission) with uncapped earning potential.
