Salary Range:

Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or account management. Strong proficiency in policy management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage. Excellent public speaking and presentation capabilities. Prior experience managing a high-volume pipeline. Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our local Colchester business community through networking and regular outreach. Perform deep-dive consultations to identify specific risk exposures and present tailored coverage solutions. Oversee the full lifecycle of an insurance policy from the initial application to renewals and annual coverage reviews. Collaborate with our internal underwriting team to secure competitive pricing for our clients. Represent The Atlantic District at community events and industry forums to enhance our presence in Vermont. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions within our internal database.
