The Role We are looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager II to join our team and take an active role in servicing a book of commercial business. This position is responsible for day-to-day account management, client communication, policy servicing, and renewal support. The Account Manager II will serve as a trusted resource for clients, working closely with business owners, insurance carriers, underwriters, producers, and other PHE team members. The right person is comfortable working through complex requests, staying organized, and finding solutions when insurance needs change. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day service for an assigned group of commercial insurance accounts. Build strong working relationships with clients and serve as a go-to resource for questions and service needs. Review client coverage and account information to recognize potential gaps, changes in exposure, or other areas requiring attention. Handle endorsements, policy changes, renewals, certificates, and other account transactions accurately and efficiently. Respond to questions involving billing, claims, audits, policy documents, and certificates of insurance. Learn the details of each client's business, operations, and insurance exposures. Partner with carriers and underwriting teams to gather information, address issues, and keep accounts moving forward. Keep account files, notes, and policy information complete, accurate, and up to date. Participate in renewal and account review discussions, including coverage changes and recommendations. Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members when needed. What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience in commercial insurance account servicing. Solid understanding of commercial property and casualty insurance and related terminology. Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail. Ability to review information, identify issues, and determine appropriate next steps. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. A client-first mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. Preferred Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related area. Experience working with middle-market or multi-line commercial accounts. Previous experience mentoring, training, or assisting other team members with technical questions. Experience with agency management systems and carrier portals.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
