Build relationships with prospects and existing clients. Learn insurance products, coverages, carrier guidelines, and agency procedures. Quote, present, and sell personal insurance products including auto, home, renters, condo, and umbrella policies. Conduct coverage reviews and identify opportunities to better protect clients. Maintain accurate documentation and activity records within agency systems. Cross-sell and round out accounts when appropriate. Comply with carrier guidelines, agency procedures, licensing requirements, and all applicable insurance laws and regulations. Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. Conduct all sales activities with honesty, professionalism, and integrity.

CompensationTotal Compensation Opportunity:

$60,000 - $100,000+ The compensation range shown represents total compensation opportunity, including base salary, commissions, and bonuses.

Base Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Uncapped commission structure. Performance bonuses. Advancement opportunities within a growing agency. Total earnings will vary based on individual production, sales performance, licensing progress, and tenure with the agency.
