I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and was also a bartender, experiences that helped me develop strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships. I attended the University of Chicago and enjoy traveling whenever I have the chance. Community involvement is an important part of our agency. We stay active through local events and proudly support the Germantown Chamber of Commerce, building relationships with the people and businesses in our community. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Adam Chamorro - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
