WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS THE NEXT LEVEL.

We're looking for someone who is: Competitive Hungry Coachable Confident on the phone Comfortable closing Technology-driven Accountable Motivated by income and growth Serious about mastering their profession Sales experience is required. A California Property & Casualty license is strongly preferred, but we'll consider an exceptional salesperson prepared to obtain one immediately. Life licensing is also preferred or must be obtained.

You'll start as an Insurance Sales Producer , but for the right person, there is a much bigger opportunity. Our agency owner recently went through the process of transitioning from producer to agency ownership , and we'd like to help recreate that opportunity for someone who is serious about taking their career to that level. You'll have the opportunity to learn not only how to become an elite producer , but also how a successful insurance agency operates and grows. Agency ownership is not required. You can build an excellent career and income as a producer. But if your long-term goal is to eventually lead, build, and potentially own an agency yourself , there is a tangible path to develop toward that opportunity.
