Salary Range:
$54,829.00 To $84,998.00 Annually

Spanish/Portuguese a plus but not required Position Description Are you a service-driven insurance professional who takes pride in helping clients protect what matters most? BayCoast Insurance LLC is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our clients and our agency's long-term growth goals. Our Account Managers are relationship builders, problem solvers, and key partners who deliver exceptional service with accuracy and care. What will you do:
Manage an assigned book of business with a focus on accuracy, retention, and efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely and professional service. Counsel clients on coverage options, identify opportunities to enhance protection, and assist with re-marketing when necessary. Process all transactions, including endorsements, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and new business submissions. Maintain complete, accurate documentation and activity notes in Agency Management System. Collaborate with carriers, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure the best possible client outcomes. Stay informed on industry trends, carrier underwriting guidelines, and agency procedures. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support agency goals.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment. Thorough understanding of personal lines insurance products, underwriting, and rating. Experience with Agency Management Systems (Applied Epic preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comparative rating software. High level of professionalism. Integrity, and attention to detail. Massachusetts Property & Casualty license requires (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
