Salary Range:

$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Three or more years of experience managing insurance portfolios or leading sales efforts. Deep understanding of personal lines insurance products and underwriting guidelines. Proficiency in using agency management systems and digital quoting platforms. Ability to mentor junior staff and guide them through complex client conversations. Strong organizational skills for managing a diverse pipeline of prospects and policyholders. Responsibilities Oversee the full sales lifecycle from initial prospect inquiry through to policy binding and ongoing renewals. Coach and support fellow agents to improve their closing techniques and overall customer service standards. Analyze local market trends in Washington, PA, to identify new opportunities for growth and community outreach. Conduct comprehensive coverage reviews to ensure our clients have the protection they truly need for their assets. Resolve complex client concerns with empathy and creative problem-solving. Collaborate with the management team to set realistic sales targets and track our collective progress over time.
