We are partnering with an established venture capital firm seeking an experienced Director of Tax to lead the firm's tax function. This individual will oversee tax strategy, compliance, planning, and reporting across the firm's investment funds, management company, general partner entities, and related structures. About the Role The Director of Tax will work closely with senior leadership, Finance, Legal, investment professionals, fund administrators, and external tax advisors. The ideal candidate will bring strong partnership tax experience and a background supporting venture capital, private equity, or other alternative investment funds.
