About the Role Simbacom is hiring a Field Supervisor / QA-Data Lead to run daily field operations for a federal asset inventory program at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay — five two-person field teams tagging and assessing thousands of assets over a fixed contract window. You'll own the daily production plan, submit base access/escort requests, track progress against schedule, and lead weekly quality review of the data coming off the teams. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who's comfortable running a field crew, working within a government-installation access process, and owning a reporting cadence. Key Responsibilities Assign daily work areas and tasks across five two-person field teams Submit escort and work-area access requests on the government's required schedule (due Thursdays by 1530 for the following week) Track daily/weekly production against the contract's minimum-pace requirements using the program's live dashboard Lead a weekly quality-assurance review of field-collected data before it's submitted Prepare and contribute to Weekly Status Reports, Monthly Status Reports, and program close-out reporting Escalate access, schedule, or personnel issues to the Program Manager promptly Coach and manage field technician performance and conduct on-site Requirements Able to pass a Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay background check and obtain installation access credentials Prior experience supervising a field crew, warehouse team, or similar hands-on operation Comfortable with production tracking tools/dashboards and basic reporting Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage competing daily priorities Experience on a government or military installation a plus, not required Willing to relocate for the contract period (shared furnished housing provided) Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Regular movement across the installation to oversee field teams, plus indoor time for reporting and QA review Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs Required PPE (provided) must be worn as directed Simba Enterprises LLC dba Simbacom is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
