Job Description:

Responsible for leading the fund accounting and operations team for the North America Real Estate/Real Assets line of business As a result of active participation in private real estate organizations, provide real estate industry and technical accounting knowledge and expertise internally and to clients Work closely with Business Development, Executive Relationship Managers and Senior Management teams on marketing pitches and other client presentations Responsible for developing operating plans including; assessing client fund servicing needs, securing adequate resources to service the account, and selecting the technology solutions best suited for the service Ensure services are delivered in accordance with KPIs and service level agreements, fund PPMs, authoritative accounting guidance and regulatory requirements, including monitoring the timing and quality of client deliverables, approve ad hoc client requests Assist with the development of on-boarding and transition plans for new client integration
