Lead and continuously improve core portfolio operating mechanisms, including monthly business reviews, annual operating planning, and actuals-versus-forecast reviews.
Partner across business and technology teams to align priorities, sequencing, capacity, and expected outcomes while facilitating transparent prioritization discussions.
Design, govern, and operationalize consistent portfolio planning, intake practices, and decision rights to create a scalable, transparent model.
Translate enterprise expectations into practical portfolio mechanisms and promote coordination and collaboration across Our Client's organizational boundaries.
