The ideal candidate will act as a Business Manager, responsible for the overall financial health (P&L), regulatory compliance, and people management across the assigned locations. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with child care regulations, and supporting center directors in achieving performance goals Duties 
Financial Oversight:
Manage Profit & Loss statements for each center. Monitor budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to improve financial performance. Track revenue, expenses, and financial KPIs regularly 
Compliance & Licensing:
Ensure all centers meet local, state, and federal regulations for child care operations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of licensing requirements and manage all necessary documentation and renewals. 
People and Performance Management:
Provide leadership and support to center directors and administrative staff. Monitor staffing needs, support recruitment efforts, and assist with training and performance evaluations. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment across all centers. 
Operational Excellence:
Standardize best practices and procedures across centers for consistency and efficiency. Identify and implement improvements in processes, technology, and service quality. 
Strategic Support:
Act as a key liaison between center-level staff and senior leadership. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support growth and long-term planning. Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Early Childhood Education, or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in multi-site management, operations, or a similar leadership role—ideally in the child care, education, or service industries. Pay:
