• Participate in marketing activities to promote new business development.
• Gather and analyze submission information and apply appropriate underwriting tools to evaluate acceptability of risk and credit quality.
• Prepare underwriting submissions to make recommendations or decisions within established authority limits.
• Prepare and participate in proposals to producers and negotiating terms and conditions.
• Maintain and update underwriting files for assigned accounts.
• Participate in producer management process, including premium collections.
