Competitive Salary + Performance Incentives Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Escrow Officer to join our team. The Escrow Officer is responsible for managing residential and commercial escrow transactions from opening to closing, ensuring all parties receive exceptional service throughout the process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, buyers, and sellers. Key Responsibilities Manage escrow transactions from opening through closing. Review purchase contracts and escrow instructions for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to facilitate successful closings. Prepare and review closing statements, settlement documents, and escrow instructions. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company escrow regulations and procedures. Handle escrow funds and authorize disbursements in accordance with company policy. Resolve transaction issues and provide timely updates to all parties involved. Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, investors, and other business partners. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the escrow process. Communicate professionally in both English and Spanish with clients and industry partners. Assist in business development efforts to grow market share and referral relationships. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all escrow transactions. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of escrow experience preferred. Thorough knowledge of escrow procedures, title processes, and real estate transactions. Strong understanding of settlement statements and closing documents. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Proficiency with escrow software and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Preferred Qualifications Active Escrow Officer experience in Arizona or applicable state. Existing relationships within the local real estate community. Notary Public certification. Experience handling residential, commercial, and refinance transactions. Proven track record of business development and client relationship management.
