This is a direct hire opportunity for a loan servicing professional who wants more ownership than a traditional payment processing role. You will play a key role in protecting investor interests by administering and enforcing loan terms, managing sensitive borrower and investor communications, and coordinating with trustees, attorneys, and bankruptcy counsel. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day loan servicing activities, including payments, payoffs, reconveyances, borrower communication, and investor communication. Monitor delinquencies, senior liens, property taxes, insurance, and other risk indicators to identify and address loan issues early. Manage Notice of Default and foreclosure processes from start to finish in partnership with foreclosure trustees and legal counsel. Coordinate bankruptcy, eviction, possession, and legal matters with attorneys to protect the loan and investor position. Manage REO properties acquired through foreclosure, including property protection, management, marketing, sale coordination, investor approvals, distributions, final payouts, and entity wind-down.
