Open Positions Account Executive (AE) - Mortgage Sales The Account Executive is a sales-focused position responsible for developing and managing relationships with mortgage brokers, loan officers, branches, and other business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain broker and mortgage professional relationships Generate new loan submission and funded-loan volume Introduce WE Mortgage loan programs, pricing, and lending solutions Assist brokers and loan officers with product and scenario inquiries Coordinate with Account Managers, Lock Desk, Underwriting, and Operations Manage the loan pipeline and maintain regular communication with business partners Identify new sales opportunities and expand assigned accounts and territories

Ideal Candidates:

Mortgage wholesale, correspondent, retail, or related sales experience preferred Strong relationship-building and communication skills Knowledge of Agency and/or Non-QM mortgage products is a plus Self-motivated and results-oriented Account Manager (AM) - Mortgage Sales Support & Loan Processing The Account Manager is an internal sales-support and loan-processing position working closely with Account Executives, Loan Officers, brokers, and branches to help move loan files efficiently from submission through the lending process.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the internal point of contact supporting Account Executives, Loan Officers, brokers, and branches Assist with new loan submissions, file setup, and document collection Review loan files for completeness before submission to operations and underwriting Coordinate outstanding documents, conditions, and loan-status updates Communicate with Underwriting, Lock Desk, Closing/Funding, and other internal departments Monitor assigned pipelines and follow up on time-sensitive items Help resolve operational issues and facilitate communication between sales partners and internal teams Provide responsive service throughout the loan process

Ideal Candidates:
