The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan application process, ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently. This role requires strong customer service skills, a solid understanding of loan origination processes, and the ability to analyze creditworthiness effectively. This is a full-time or part-time remote role as a mortgage loan officer at Direct Mortgage Investors, Inc. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients with mortgage loan applications, evaluating loan eligibility, and guiding clients through the loan process. This role involves conducting financial assessments, analyzing creditworthiness effectively, verifying financial information, ensuring compliance with lending regulations, and having a solid understanding of the loan origination process. This position is for an independent contractor, not a salaried position. Qualifications Strong understanding of mortgage lending procedures and regulations Two years of MLO experience Mortgage Loan Originator License Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of financial analysis and risk assessment Experience in customer service and sales Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
