Mid America Bank is looking for a Loan Processing Manager to lead our Loan Processing Department at our Wardsville branch. This position is ideal for an experienced banking professional with strong loan knowledge, leadership experience, and a passion for coaching employees and improving processes. The Loan Processing Manager will oversee the people, processes, and systems supporting consumer, residential mortgage, commercial, agricultural, and real estate lending. This leader will work closely with lenders and other departments to promote accurate, efficient, and consistent loan processing across the bank. Why Join Mid America Bank?
