Employbridge is hiring a Closing Coordinator! The Closing Coordinator manages aircraft sales transactions from preparation through closing, ensuring a smooth, timely, and compliant process. This role coordinates with buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, attorneys, and other stakeholders while managing documentation, deadlines, communication, and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

At least one year of experience in real estate, title, escrow, or a related closing coordination role Knowledge of closing processes, documentation, and terminology preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transaction management software Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment Experience with CRM/document management systems, applicable state and federal regulations, or closing/escrow certification is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate closing activities and appointments with all parties Prepare, review, and distribute closing documents Communicate proactively and resolve questions or discrepancies Track deadlines and ensure contractual and regulatory requirements are met Maintain accurate transaction records and update internal systems Provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams Deliver a seamless, positive client experience throughout the closing process Loan processing experience
