Role Description This is a full-time, role for a Mortgage Officer located in Massachusetts, United States. The Mortgage Officer will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their mortgage needs, and assisting them through the loan application process. Responsibilities include originating and processing residential loan applications, analyzing financials, and advising borrowers on the best mortgage solutions. The role also involves working closely with underwriters, maintaining compliance with lending regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless borrowing experience. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Mortgages, Loans, and financing solutions Experience in Underwriting and loan processing Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships Proven understanding of Finance and mortgage-related regulations and compliance standards Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proficiency in mortgage software and related tools Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field Previous experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is preferred
