Compensation:

$50,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:

Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with realtors, past clients, your sphere, and your community to attract new business Respond quickly and follow up consistently with new inquiries to convert them into pre-approvals and closed loans Manage an active pipeline of loans from application to closing Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license (MA & NH preferred) 1-3+ years of experience as a mortgage loan officer or Loan Partner Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, MassHousing, fixed/adjustable, and first-time homebuyer programs Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills Knowledge of state and federal regulations and company underwriting policies and guidelines Experience with CRM, LOS, and DU/LP; MS Office proficiency About Company First Boston Powered by New American Funding enables clients of all backgrounds to accomplish the American dream of homeownership by offering a diverse product suite, competitive pricing, and our promise to provide a timely and efficient closing.
